科學研究：使用社交網站影響幸福感

使用社交網站是否能讓我們的生活更好？一項新的調查指出，使用Facebook越多的人幸福感越低，心情越糟糕。

領導這項研究的密歇根大學社會心理學教授伊桑·克洛斯說，「表面上社交網站提供平台，滿足人類基本的社交需求，但是我們發現，其效果與提高生活質量相反；其實它降低人們的幸福感。」
由英國伯明翰大學的戴維·霍頓領導撰寫的論文說，在Facebook上發佈的照片，特別是自拍照，會讓一些不熟悉的人感到反感。
霍頓說，「除了少數非常親密的朋友和家人之外，其他人和那些持續在Facebook上發自拍照的人並不能建立密切的聯繫。」
調查員強調，「值得我們警惕的是，那些我們與『朋友』分享的、發佈在社交網站上的信息，其實被很多類人瀏覽：伙伴、朋友、家人、同事、熟人等；每一類人都對你所發佈的信息有不一樣的解讀。」

哥倫比亞廣播公司(CBS)報導，根據美國新聞網站Newswise報導，一般員工的上班時間，有60到80%是花在網路上，從事與工作無關的事務。
這項發現美國上班族工作無效率的研究，是由堪薩斯州立大學的研究人員進行。堪薩斯州立大學助理教授烏格林(Joseph Ugrin)據稱與南伊利諾大學管理學系副教授皮爾遜(John Pearson)合作，一同探討這個現象。
